Seismic Upgrade of Goethe Institute Premises

Goethe Institute, Omirou 14-16 str., Athens

Seismic Upgrade by UHPC (Ultra High-Performance Concrete, grade C90/105) and Steel Elements Jackets as well as wet applied Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) according to the Structural Design. UHPC was produced on site by CERS in collaboration with LAFARGE Holcim & Sika Hellas. The method was designed & applied for the first time in EU.
