Seismic Upgrade by Dry Mix Shotcrete Jackets, new structural steel elements and wet applied Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) according to the Structural Design. Non Vibrating Demolition of existing concrete columns, new foundation concrete piles, hydraulic jacking at existing structure and installation of new steel structural columns located according to the Remodeling Study.
