CERS is an Engineers’ Firm that was founded in Athens, Greece, in 2004, Cyprus in 2011 and Malta in 2017.
The main construction activities of the firm involve the full spectrum of the Repairing, Reinforcing & Protective works to all types of construction, the Non-Vibrating Diamond Concrete Sawing and the Non-Explosive Demolition of Reinforced Concrete.
CERS is also involved in the field of Non Destructive Testing and Investigation Works for contemporary and listed buildings, bridges and Technical Works, regardless of their construction material (Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry and Wood).
Through constant collaboration with the National Technical University of Athens and other important members of the Academic/Technical Community, both in Greece and abroad, CERS has the ability to constantly upgrade its knowledge and expertise, providing up-to-date measurement methods and applying cutting edge restoration and rehabilitation techniques in all types of construction. By owning modern machinery and equipment and employing a great number of experienced personnel, CERS is able to execute the projects it is awarded at the right price and speed and with impeccable quality. An attitude that constitutes a most nonnegotiable value to all services it provides.

CERS also trades in all Public Sector Construction Projects since 2021.
Finally, CERS is certified by all the major material providing companies such as: Freyssinet – Sika Hellas – BASF – Sintecno – Penetron Hellas – Hilti – Husqvarna.
It also has a certified involvement in several research projects of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a collaboration regarding Non Destructive Testing in several projects with the NTUA Civil Engineering department, Laboratory for Earthquake Engineering.

Since 2004, CERS has been active in 7 European Countries (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Belgium, Romania, Albania, Kosovo), having corporate presence in 3 of them (Greece, Cyprus, Malta).
More than 1300 Projects have been successfully completed covering the full spectrum of the activities the Firm provides.
Regardless of the project location, CERS has delivered projects for multinational origin clients both from the Private and the Public Sector.
Through constant and extensive collaboration with the Freyssinet Group, CERS can contribute to the design and apply the most innovative technical solutions bringing on board the massive experience of an international Civil Engineering Leader with presence in more than 80 countries worldwide.
